Our History
We established There Are No Weak Fast Runners in 2022 with a passion for helping runners become more efficient, more effective. We also understood that to be better, runners need to be strong. So, with Alison as your Running Coach and Lawson as your Strength Coach, we want to do just that. Help you become a better runner.

For those who prefer more individualised attention, we have two packages for our 1:1 work
Both packages are 4 weeks long. The difference is in the number of sessions you can commit to. Both offer individualised programming to work on your weaknesses.
Package 1 is 2 sessions per week - 1 x strength work and 1 x running and costs £250
Package 2 is 4 sessions per week - 2 x strength work and 2 x running and costs £450
